Get Involved Column by Deko-Evangel Home in Fresno

Hey V.I.T.s,

Deko here, Happy New Year! What a year it has been....good, different, weird, and it is over!!! I hope 2009 will be a great year for all of you.

This past weekend we went to the Evangel Home in Fresno, California and shared with them some great items we have been collecting here at dekoposh, Inc. We have started a program, not sure what we are calling it yet, but we are collecting all kinds of things from the community to donate to shelters with children. The Evangel Home is a very uplifting facility and we were able to drop off, toothbrushes, toothpaste, toys, clothing, coats, more toys, shoes, bedding, more toys, food, and did I say toys. Wow!! We had a truck load a goodies for them. We thank everyone who sent in their donations to us. It is such a great feeling to give back especially to children who need us!! Enjoy your week.
