Mariposa's Connections: Do You See What I See?

Sometimes one of the hardest things in relationships is trying to find out if someone likes you. It can be completely crazy, because everyone's a little different. Besides that, having to put yourself out there, to find if someone likes you, can mean getting hurt. So I did a little research on different websites to help you out . . .

So we all know how useful they are: our eyes. Not only do they show us the colors of the world, but they also enhance our own beauty. We use them for emotion, and we can even tell if someone's lying by them. And, in addition, they seem to be the main way of body language to tell if someone likes you; if you look at someone only to find that he (or she) is looking at you, and if he either keeps looking at you, or abruptly looks away, that means he probably likes you.

Some of us do crazy things to find out if someone like us, we even try to change - I know I have. But, I've found that being yourself is best, because, in the end, that's who you want that person to love. So I guess what I'm trying to say is, just be you, and rely on the eyes, or the "windows to the soul" to see the soul.

I try to see if the guy I like looks at me, but I only see him once every few months! Maybe you could do a post on dating for home schoolers sometime. =3

Great column as always, Mariposa!
