Written by Linda Sivertsen and her son, Tosh (totally cool name, huh?), Generation Green is full of information and tips on how to live an Eco-friendly life. It focuses on our generation, you guessed it, Generation Green. It’s our job to keep our planet healthy and clean, since we’re the ones who have to live on it.
In the opening chapter, Tosh talks about growing up in a solar-powered house out in the middle of nowhere, filtering their own water, no central heating, and an outhouse. But you certainly don’t have to live like the Sivertsens did to make a difference, and this book is all about what you can do to help. You can find out more about Linda and Tosh here.
It’s all about the little things, so make sure you do something, no matter how small, for Earth Day! I’m going to go plant some flowers for my grandma, as long as it’s not too hot; it’s been up to the 80s where I live! Plant a flower, only water the garden early in the morning or late in the afternoon if it’s hot, go recycle some bottles and cans, do something!
Happy Earth Day everyone, and don’t forget to join the Dekoposh Book Club on the right side of the blog page. Happy reading!

I appreciate all of your reviews but especially like this one. It's refreshing to think of the existence of a "generation green". Keep up the good work; informing us of all the good reads out there.
