Jennifer Aniston And Eva Longoria Design Christmas Cards For Charity

To celebrate giving back with style this holiday season, Tiny Prints, the beloved online destination for stationery, greeting cards, photo books, gifts and more, has partnered with the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation (EBMRF) for the second year in a row to create a lim

ited-edition collection of holiday cards and personalized stationery designed by five A-list celebrities.

Featuring fifteen festive cards designed by Jennifer Aniston, Eva Longoria, Catherine Bell, Zoe Saldana and Bridget Moynahan, a portion of the proceeds from the collection will benefit EBMRF, an organization dedicated to preventing and helping both children and adults with the drastic skin condition of Epidermolysis Bullosa.

“It’s always an honor to be asked to design a card that benefits EBMRF,” says Jennifer.

“The holiday season is a very special time for family and giving back,” adds Eva. “It was an honor to help design a holiday card for Tiny Prints that benefits EBMRF and their efforts.”

“We are delighted to work with EBMRF once again to support this important cause,” said Ed Han, General Manager of Tiny Prints. “We are very thankful to the celebrities who have put their fame and creative skills to good use by designing this holiday card collection.”

This year’s celebrity designers worked closely with the Tiny Prints team to select the colors, fonts, layouts and themes of their cards. They also created personalized stationery, a great holiday gift, and address labels, both new for the 2011 collection. Customers can choose from a variety of design options such as Zoe Saldana’s candy cane-inspired cards, Jennifer Aniston’s snowflake-themed stationery or Catherine Bell’s polka dot design.

In addition to personalized stationery, thank you cards and address labels, the holiday card collection also offers ornament cards that come affixed with a ribbon, making them great display pieces for any tree or mantel. As with all of Tiny Prints’ offerings, each card can be personalized with text, fonts and images to create the most heartfelt holiday greeting. The Tiny Prints Celebrity Holiday Collection is available at www.tinyprints.com/celebrity-holiday-cards, with personalized stationery starting at $20.90 and holiday cards starting at $27.90, both for a pack of ten cards.

Daily Good Gossip

Jennifer Aniston, Alicia Keys, and Demi Moore Direct Breast Cancer Film
Breast cancer is more than a disease, more than statistics. It’s people, whose lives are forever changed by a diagnosis. Their stories are the basis of “Five,” a movie that will premiere on Lifetime on Oct. 10 in collaboration with Ford Warriors in Pink.
Directors of the movie are Jennifer Aniston, Alicia Keys, Demi Moore, Patty Jenkins and Penelope Spheeris.
“Warriors in Pink has always been about the courage and the strength it takes to fight this disease,” said Tracy Magee, Ford’s primary brand experiential manager. “This year we’ve really been focusing on people’s stories – the stories behind the disease. This Lifetime project ties in extremely well with our Warriors in Pink campaign.”
“Five” is five short films that explore the impact of breast cancer on five very different women. Through an interconnected story arc, the films use humor and drama to focus on these women and their lives at different stages of their diagnoses. The stories look at the effect the disease has on relationships and the way the women perceive themselves while searching for strength, comfort, medical breakthroughs and ultimately a cure.
In addition to the in-movie integration, the Warriors in Pink campaign will be featured in a short segment at the conclusion of the film that includes exclusive footage from the movie.

An exclusive T-shirt designed by Aniston, with an illustration relating to the movie on the front and Warriors in Pink symbols on the back, will be available at www.fordcares.com. As with all Warriors in Pink wear and gear sold on www.fordcares.com, 100 percent of the proceeds from the shirt’s purchase go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
“The Aniston-designed T-shirt shows a child’s drawing of a man on the moon,” said Magee. "It ties in with the first story, where a little girl’s mother loses her battle with breast cancer on the same day man first lands on the moon. The little girl grows up determined to find a cure – she opens an oncology clinic where she’s treating the other women we meet in the stories of ‘Five.’
“The T-shirt links those first experiences together – if we can land a man on the moon, we can cure breast cancer.”
For Aniston, the design of the T-shirt goes even deeper.
“My T-shirt stands for a future in which we no longer have to live in fear of cancer,” Aniston said. “I’ve had an amazing journey working on ‘Five,’ and it was only fitting I was able to bring that energy into the design of this Ford Warriors in Pink T-shirt. I encourage all of you to take a stand against breast cancer and join the brave men and women who are battling the disease as we speak.”
Expanded campaign
The collaboration will expand beyond the movie. Aniston will be featured in a public service announcement that also shows her exclusive T-shirt, and Rosario Dawson and Tracee Ellis Ross, two of the stars of the movie, will be featured in print advertisements for the Warriors in Pink campaign.
“This collaboration is one more way for us to raise awareness,” said Magee. “We think this movie, along with the names behind it, is a great way to raise the visibility of our message.”
The Warriors in Pink campaign, of course, goes on all year long. Ford Warriors in Pink apparel and accessories are created for women, men and children and feature important symbols signifying the message of hope, strength and unity in the fight against breast cancer.
The Ford commitment runs well beyond raising funds. The company is dedicated to making a difference 365 days a year by encouraging women to become informed and visit their doctors, educating them that early detection saves lives. 2011 marks Ford Motor Company’s 17th year of support for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Ford has dedicated more than $110 million to the cause to date.

Jennifer Aniston and Ellie-St. Jude's Children's Hospital

For the fifth year in a row, Jennifer Aniston is standing up in support of St. Jude's Children's Hospital; but this year, that support includes a new PSA and a very special little girl....

Jennifer has most recently announced her involvement with a 6-year-old cancer survivor at the hospital named Ellie, who is also Jennifer's co-star in the new PSA for the hospital's annual Thanksgiving campaign over the holiday season.

"When I first met (Jennifer) I liked her, and she was very very nice," Ellie told Access Hollywood. "She said I looked so pretty."

When Ellie was first admitted to St. Jude's, she was diagnosed with a softball-sized tumor on her brain. Since surviving the battle and being chosen to shoot the PSA with Jen, Ellie has gotten the opportunity to stay at one of LA's swankiest hotel's during the project where she and her mother have been treated like stars.

"We are so thankful (for Jen's support) and she was so sweet to Ellie," said Ellie's mother. "She's a great person."

Jennifer Aniston joins St. Jude Children's Hospital for the 5th annual Thanks and Giving campaign

Actress Jennifer Aniston has once again joined the fight against childhood cancer by raising awareness of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s 5th annual Thanks and Giving campaign.

The actress has filmed a television PSA with a six year old brain tumor sufferer from the hospital named Elle.

“To help that brain tumor go away, Elle’s mother turned to St Judes, where our discoveries have doubled Elle’s chance of survival,” said Aniston in the short film. “The work of St Judes helps save the lives of children across America. We’ve changed how the world treats brain tumors, sickle cell, and leukaemia.”

Other stars to film PSA’s for the fundraising campaign include Robin Williams, Jason Taylor, Antonio Banderas, and Marlo Thomas. Keith Urban and Brad Paisley have both recorded radio PSA’s.

To join the campaign, you can purchase one of the range of clothes available at the Thanks and Giving website. There are DKNY T-shirts and apparel from Kate Spade, Juicy Couture, Lucky Brand, and Liz Claiborne. All products can be purchased online at www.stjude.org or by calling 1-800-4STJUDE.

“Give thanks for the healthy kids in your life,“ said Aniston, “and give to those who are not.”
