Letter from the Editor-Teens for Jeans

Hello V.I.T.s,

We did it, thank you to four Clovis Unified School District Schools (Reyburn,Clark, Clovis High, & Clovis West. The schools collected 167 pairs of jeans for the Deko and Posh Teens for Jeans Campaign. DoSomething.org brings this program together each year to raise awareness of teen homelessness accross the nation. dekoposh, Inc. has now participated in the Teens for Jeans campaign for two years. We had a great time visiting the schools and taking pictures and video. We are still working on editing the video and will have it up sometime this week, until then enjoy the pictures. When we delivered the jeans to Valley Teen Ranch, we can't even express how excited the boys were. Connie Clendenan the CEO of Valley Teen Ranch met us there, and was also equally excited. She is an amazing individual and we are so happy to be a part of making a difference for all these teens.

Deko and Posh will be doing Teens For Jeans again

We collected a little over 400 jeans from local schools last year and we want to collect over 1000 this year. Teens For Jeans is back. Join our team and start a campaign at your school for Teens For Jeans. We are calling our Team the Deko and Posh Teens For Jeans!! It is very easy to start the program. Ask your principal if you can run a campaign to collect gently used jeans from January 26th-February 22nd. We will send you all the information you will need to get started via email. Let us know. Once you collect the jeans, you will need to deliver them to your local teen shelter. We can help you find your teen shelter, if you don't know where the nearest one is. Let's get started!!!

Teens for Jeans Results

deko and posh here...the final count is in. We are so excited and proud of all the Schools that participated. Teens for Jeans was a huge success! We had a goal to collect 100 jeans and we collected over 400 jeans. Here are the results...
Reyburn - 24 Pairs
Clovis High - 16 Pairs
Buchanan - 30 Pairs
Clark - 315 Pairs
dekoposh,Inc - 30 Pairs

Clark is the winner for bringing in the most jeans and Reyburn is getting the award for having the most Spirit/Pride. We are making a difference together. Thank you to all the schools who participated! L8R

Teens for Jeans

deko and posh here...we had such a huge success with Teens for Jeans! Thank you to all the Clovis Schools who participated. The winner is Clark with over 300 jeans that they collected. Way to go Clark. The winner for the Spirit Award is Reyburn, they showed so much spirt with this program. Way to go. We will list the numbers of jeans collected from all the schools tomorrow and also all the pictures. G2G

deko and posh here...calling all V.I.T.s for the last call to bring in your jeans. These are the final 3 days to donate your jeans. Bring your Jeans to any High School in Clovis, California or Reyburn, Clark, and Red Bank in Clovis as well. If you are bringing in your jeans to these schools, today is the last day. If you can't get to one of these schools today bring your jeans into Aeropostale at Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno California or anywhere in the United States. If you are local to the Fresno/Clovis California area you can contact dekoposh,Inc. at 559-765-0713 or by email at poshproducts@dekoposh.com and dekoposh will come pick up your jeans at your home on Saturday February 9th and Sunday February 10th. Leave your address with dekoposh,Inc. with nearest cross streets and leave the jeans in a bag or box outside your home and dekoposh will pick them up and deliver them to Aeropostale for you on Sunday. This is a great cause. One out of three teenagers in the United States is homeless. We can all do something to help our homeless teens. Thanks for all your support. Lets make a difference together.
