One Pimple is One Too Many-The V. Day?

An early post I know, but necessary. Valentine's Day is a day to spend with your love ones, and I truly adore this day. It doesn't hurt that Valentine's Day is my birthday, too. :P

What is there to hate about the day of love? Everywhere I go, I hear and see people ranting about Valentine's Day, how the day makes them want to puke and hurl, how they think it's so pointless and so annoying.

People who mope about it are grumpy and bitter, and even more bitter about love itself. Ranting and raving about how you want to be loved and not single doesn't get you anywhere, and crying or eating ice cream alone at your house, watching bad soap operas only proves you're too lazy for your own worth to try and get what you want.

Love doesn't necessarily come to you. You have to look for it, search for it, ect. Valentine's Day is not pointless. You're the one who's causing it to make it pointless.

Hey, sorry I didn't leave you a comment last week. I think it's cool that you said you're not necessarily a teen, but you're writing for Teens. I'm not a Tween, but I'm writing for the Tweens. Seems fun to have things reversed.

Yeah, it's too bad that people have to complain about something, just because they feel excluded. It's easy to do, though.

L8R. And I guess happy birthday!
