We find the Top Stories of the Day and we post them for you to read. We would like your input on all these issues we face today as tweens and teens. Nothing is off limits. Nominate a Tween or Teen that is making a difference
D.A.P.L. (Deko and Posh) here...We are going to be highlighting tweens and teens every month on making a difference either through volunteering, awards, activities, and/or making a difference. Here are the rules, you can nominate yourself or someone can nominate a V.I.T., the tween or teen must be between the ages of 8-19, an essay and/or write-up about yourself or the person you are nominating must be emailed to us at info@dekoposh.com, we need the full name-age-gender-and location (address not necessary just city, state), please tell us all you can so we can make our choices. We look forward to hearing about what all our V.I.T.s (very important tween & teens) are doing to make a difference.

Political Drama Column by Thomas

Hello all you political junkies.

We have reached that time in the political season when its time to put on your scuba suit and mask. Why? because there is some serious mud slinging going on. If you happen to stick your head up at the wrong time you could be wearing a fresh helping of mud. Yuk!!

Desperate times calls for desperate measures and Mr Grumpy (John McCain) is throwing everything he can at Mr. Smooth (Barack Obama). DUCK!! I think someone just threw the kitchen sink!! Funny, the only one who's looking good right now is that lip-sticked pit bull. It must be that $150,00 make over. Things are going sooo bad for Mr. Grumpy that he is already looking to the future. Yea, he's going to be promoting "Joe the Plumber" franchises. That's right you to can own your own "Joe the Plumber" business.

There's just too much drama right now. I think they should be sneaking up on each other and shoving a big creamy pie in each others face. At least that would be funnier. Well, we only have about a week and a half left before we know who wins. Make sure you get out the vote because it is very important this time. There is a lot riding on this election. Our country is really hurting right now and we all need to come together. Who knows maybe Mr. Grumpy and Mr. Smooth will kiss and make up (ugh!)
