Amelia's Book Room: Evermore

Hey, guys! This week's book is another that I found discovered via the awesome Melissa Walker; you can go read an interview with author Alyson Noel on Melissa's blog, right here!

In Evermore, we meet Ever, a supposedly normal 16-year-old. But she comes from a sad past; her parents and sister died in a car crash that left her the sole survivor. She also has a secret--she can read minds, as well as learn everything about them with a single touch.

She has very few friends at her new school, and she likes it like that--until Damen shows up. Mysterious and handsome, he quiets the thoughts that invade Ever's head. She can feel herself falling for him, but she knows so little about him...

The second novel in Noel's Immortals series, Blue Moon, was released this summer. Sorry this is a short review, guys-- I'm attempting to reach my 100-book goal by the end of the year, which is coming up fast! I have to get back to that. Happy holidays, everyone!
