One Pimple is One Too Many - 30 Days

Hello hello everyone!

Apologies for getting this out late: it's finals week for this college student so I've been running around trying to get everything I need to get done before the end of the semester!

Whoo! See? Even my sentences are jam packed! :)

Today I want to talk about 30 days.

We all know that it takes 30 days to break a habit.
So if in 30 days we can break a habit, it's safe to say we can make a habit as well right?

Today, I want to challenge you to set a goal for yourself: whether it be to finish your homework the day you get it, be more active ((just a side note, never start an exercise program without first consulting your doctor!)) or to be nicer to your parents -- and complete it!

Try small steps at first. For instance, your goal is to be a better student. A little daunting right?
Put it into easier ways. Get your homework done as soon as you can instead of procrastinating.
Organize your notes.
Pay better attention in class.

When you divide it up into smaller tasks, it makes it easier to complete your goal!

My 30 day challenge?
Well, my challenge this week is to get done with the semester! haha :)
After that, I'm not sure.
Maybe to read more... I've been so busy with school I haven't had the chance to read for fun. And oh, how dearly I love to read :)

What's your 30 day challenge?

Hope you have a great week!
