Miranda Cosgrove, Reasons to Love Her

miranda cosgrove
One of our favorite celebs Miranda Cosgrove has opened up about what inspires her to give back and why she’s taking action. Oh yea, there was also talk of a celeb crush.
Cosgrove shared that she knew St. Jude Children’s Hospital was an org she wanted to get involved with after visiting in 2008. “I became inspired to visit other hospitals throughout the country and meet young fans and hopefully make their day a little brighter,” she relayed.
Her recent cause-y endeavors include the Light The Night Walks. A National Ambassador for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), Cosgrove has urged fans to join her team and walk for blood cancer awareness.
But this jack-of-all-causes doesn’t stop there. The 19-year-old has also taken a stand against bullying. Something that she’s experienced firsthand and affects millions of teens across the country.
“I personally get messages on my Twitter and Facebook that aren’t always nice,” Cosgrove stated. “It doesn’t feel good to read that stuff and I wouldn’t wish that feeling upon anyone.” (We couldn’t agree more!)
And when she’s not being a celeb gone good, the teen is just that—a TEEN. Cosgrove let us in on a little secret. She’s got a celeb crush on Joseph Gordon Levitt. Let’s face it, who can resist those dreamy eyes?
What Can You Do?
