Hey V.I.T.'s (very important tweens and teens) Deko and Posh here. Our blog is a view of all the news happening around the world that effects us. We find the Top Stories of the Day and we post them for you to read. We would like your input on all these issues we face today as tweens and teens. Nothing is off limits. Nominate a Tween or Teen that is making a difference
D.A.P.L. (Deko and Posh) here...We are going to be highlighting tweens and teens every month on making a difference either through volunteering, awards, activities, and/or making a difference. Here are the rules, you can nominate yourself or someone can nominate a V.I.T., the tween or teen must be between the ages of 8-19, an essay and/or write-up about yourself or the person you are nominating must be emailed to us at info@dekoposh.com, we need the full name-age-gender-and location (address not necessary just city, state), please tell us all you can so we can make our choices. We look forward to hearing about what all our V.I.T.s (very important tween & teens) are doing to make a difference.

Posh Dorm Decor First Write Up




Hello my fellow V.I.T.s,

I am very excited to bring to you my first write-up on Interior Design/Decorating for Tweens and Teens. I love interior design and I have been trying to find magazines, books, and online information about Tween and Teen Interior Design, and I can't find anything. What are they thinking???? Duh!! We do exist. We do matter. We are the future, why not listen to us! So, today I am excited to bring to you the first every Column on Tween and Teen Interior Design/Decorating called "Posh Dorm Decor"! What do you think? I am so excited as I write this, that I am making a zillion typos, huh! OK, so my first Column/Subject/Issue is our closet. Oh yes, the ever so frustrating closet. Let's face it, if your closet was organized like this one your life in the morning would be so much easier, trust me. Check it out, it even has a space for your laundry, how cool is that. OK so maybe the clothes in this closet are not realistic but you can make this work for you. Here is the key to getting a beautifully organized closet like this one! Double Hanging, drawers, shoe shelves, laundry, and misc. shelving. I love it! Have a question, comment please leave it here. This is a very easy project. Go to your local home improvement store and they have all the supplies right there for you. Have fun!

Ohh Posh, what an exciting collumn you're writing :D My room is constantly in a state of clutter, quite unmanageable at times, but I'd still like the personality! Can't wait to see what you'll write.

I'd love any tips on arranging artwork, pictures, collages, etc. on walls ... I love utilizing wall space!
