One Pimple is One Too Many - Perspective

Hello hello everyone!

How are you this beautiful Monday? I am in an extremely good mood today!
...okay 98% of the time I'm in a good mood anyway but that's beside the point.

Today is a good day everyone.
I wanted to share something I saw the other day that really made me think:

Good to get perspective isn't it? Now, I just want to clarify something. Just because someone has a harder life than you doesn't make your life any easier. We all have our own set of struggles, trials and problems to go through in life. One person's trial does not belittle someone else's problem. But, I say perspective because it reminds me that there are more people in the world than just me.

It's easy to become insulated, to live in your own little bubble and to forget about the world around you -- and the world at large. When I see things like this, it reminds me that I should 'get out of myself' so to speak and look to help others.

Hug your friends. Smile at strangers. Hold the door open for an elderly person. We may not all the opportunity to help others on a grand scale, but we're all capable of doing small, random acts of kindness.
In the end, it's the small things that really count. :)

Have a great week everyone!
